The primary objective of the workshop is to review the project’s overall implementation progress (IP) for the for-extension year, 2016/17 EC. The review meeting began with a welcome presentation from Dr. Thomas Cherenet, LFSDP Coordinator, followed by a keynote speech from Dr. Buruktayet Assefa, WB TTL. The FPCU director described regional progress and remaining activities that needed to be completed by the end of the second quarter. Similarly, regional project coordination units discussed their progress to date and the remaining work to be completed by the third quarter of this year. During the meeting, discussions were held, and issues that require emphasis are identified and noted by the regional and federal team members.
