The Development Objective of the project ( PDO) is to increase productivity and commercialization of production of producers and processors in selected value chains, strengthen service delivery system in the livestock and fisheries sectors and respond promptly and effectively to an Eligible Crisis or Emergency .The project also aims at contributing to the higher-level objectives of poverty reduction and improved nutritional out comes by diversifying and improved dietary consumption .
It will contribute to the Ethiopia Nationally Determined contribution ( NDC6) for emissions .
